The Xaghra Scout Group (part of the Scout Association of Malta) would like to invite you to a Youth in Action Programme,
E-S.C.OUT
to be held in Gozo, Malta between the 11th and 18th of July 2009.

E-S.C.OUT (acronym for European - Sports. Culture. OUTdoors) is an 8 day programme aimed at youths between the ages of 16 and 25 for whom Scouting makes a significant part of life J
This invitation is for a minimum of 4 participants, who together with a maximum of 2 leaders can participate in a week-long camp full of activities and adventure, all holding a European and a scouting dimension!
Attached please find; a letter addressed to you all which includes the E-S.C.OUT programme and two applications which have to be filled in and sent by not later than the 25th of January (at least by Fax)

IMPORTANT NOTES!!
Participants will only pay 30% of the travelling cost.
The other 70% of travelling costs and 100% of activity costs will be paid by the EU.
It is important to reply asap as deadline is SOON!
We want as many countires as possible thus a more possibiltiy that the project will be accepted by the assessors.

I've got a question about this projekt. The truth is I have two. First, what exactly do you do on this camp? Second, what does it cost, or is it for free?

Just some little info
You will only pay 30% of the travelling cost!
70% of the travelling and 100% costs during the event is paid by the E.U.
The camp will be a scout camp full of scouting activities. (if you send me an email i will give you all detailed information)

Dear partners,
The time has come again for Xaghra Scout Group to reapply for the project
E-S.C.OUT
through the Youth in Action 1.1 Programme. We thus once again invite you to be our partner promoters.

We have made some changes to the programme, namely that the camp will now be held from the
16th of August 2009 till the 23rd of August 2009.
Moreover we can only accept 5 participants (16 years +) and a maximum of 2 leaders from each country. For this reason, partners will be chosen on a first come first serve basis.
If the project is accepted,
you will only have to pay 30% of the travelling costs!
All the other 70% of the travelling costs and 100% activity costs is paid by EU.
